第三周成交401套 小幅回落

[摘要] 2014年,中国房地产市场首次出现了非政策因素导致的市场下行,此次房地产市场的深度调整也基本宣告了房地产过去黄金十年的结束。随着住房投资投机全面退潮,商品住宅供应首现过剩。
